The Doctors Company, the largest national insurer of physician and surgeon medical liability in the U.S., hosted its third annual Legal Summit to ensure that its attorneys have the most current information regarding the defense of medical malpractice complaints.

Nearly 100 of California's most senior attorneys and industry experts met in Napa to discuss the latest information on emerging trends, best practices, and strategies in defending today's medical liability issues.

For more than 30 years, The Doctors Company has successfully defended claims against its members, with more than 80 percent of claims resolved without indemnity payments.
